It was amazing...

... truly amazing. This vacation to the US has always been my dream, and it was exactly as I imagined. I would like to share some pictures with you.
We visited the lovely countryside of Cape Cod and drove down to New York. Two opposites; this made this vacation very special.

I adore lighthouses. On Cape Cod, there were so many of them!

There was actually someone living in this house. Having your own lighthouse, how amazing is that?

Breathtaking beaches... with the typical Cape Cod fences.

Right before Halloween, there were so many pumpkin patches. They made such sweet decorations in front of the white houses.

Oh, another lighthouse with the crystal blue sea... This one was on Martha's Vinyard, an island near to Cape Cod.

We went whale watching. I've rarely been so impressed.

We were living next to this beautiful lake...

Cape Cod has their own beach seat style. They know how to relax (and that you absolutely need a place where you can put down your book!)

Lovely countryside and white houses...

I love the American prim country style. Even though it can be quite colorful, I think it can be lovely on white!

I wish I could have shopped till the airplane dropped! Unfortunately I couldn't buy this entire shop (including furniture)

How I miss those!!

I wish this cutie came home with me!

This mailbox is so cool!

This house is not so representative because it's red (and not white or grey), but it looks so sweet. It's actually a great decor shop.

Little house...

... and big house: NYC

Hope you liked the pictures!

Good night,

Chani

  1. Liebe Chani!

    Marlies

  7. Hello Chani!

You've captured Cape Cod (and New York!) so beautifully! I'm glad your accommodations here on the Cape were pleasant, and that you were able to enjoy the fall colors. I wish I could send you some Dunkin Donuts! Hopefully on your next visit we will be able to meet. Have a lovely day! ;)

  15. Take shorter showers to get greater advantage of green energy in your home! Heating hot water accounts for nearly 14% of the average household's energy use and that can really add up. Cutting down on the time you spend in the shower will be better on the environment and your energy bills!

  16. If you Play Bazaar are considering purchasing a home that requires renovation or repair, bring along a contractor experienced in home rehab to the viewing. The contractor may notice hidden defects that would escape the average homeowner. In addition, the contractor may be able to give you a ballpark estimate on the cost of renovating Satta King the property.
